Austin
Agentuity, the Austin-based cloud platform for deploying AI agents, raised $4 million in a Seed round led by Boldstart Ventures with participation from Bloomberg Beta, OneSixOne Ventures and others. Agentuity has raised $4 million to date.
Closinglock, a provider of fintech and fraud prevention technology for the real estate industry based out of Austin, raised $34 million in a Series B round led by Sageview Capital with participation from Headline and RWT Horizons. Closinglock has raised $50 million to date.
Mevvy, the Austin-based execution platform for MEV searchers, raised $2.8 million in a Seed round led by Multicoin Capital with participation from Chapter One Ventures and others. Mevvy has raised $2.8 million to date.
Sirvatus, the loan servicing platform for private credit based out of Austin, raised $3.86 million of venture funding from undisclosed investors. Sirvatus has raised $3.86 million to date.
The Helper Bees, the Austin-based platform offering home services for older adults, raised $33.76 million in a Series C round led by Centana Growth Partners with participation from Silverton Partners, Alumni Ventures and others. The Helper Bees has raised $61.36 million to date.
Circuit of the Americas, the Austin motorsport racetrack, raised $36.15 million of venture funding from undisclosed investors. Circuit of the Americas has raised $232.46 million to date.
Greater Texas Market
eMotive Software, the automotive ERP platform based out of Fort Worth, raised $250k in a Seed round from undisclosed investors. eMotive Software has raised $2.95 million to date.
