Ambiq, a manufacturer of semiconductor solutions for edge AI, raised $96M in its IPO on the New York Stock Exchange under AMBQ. $506.29M raised to date.
Anaconda, a provider of open-source Python distribution and AI tools for enterprises, raised $150M in a Series C round led by Insight Partners with participation from Mubadala Capital. $312.2M raised to date.
Knit, a developer of an AI-powered consumer research platform delivering enterprise insights, raised $16.1M in a Series A round led by GFT Ventures and Sound Ventures with participation from Silicon Road, Osage Ventures and others. $30.67M raised to date.
Manifold Labs, a decentralized frontier AI lab, raised $10.5M in a Series A round led by OSS Capital with participation from Digital Currency Group and others. $10.5M raised to date.
RunReveal, a provider of an AI-native SIEM platform for unified security data and faster threat detection, raised $9.5M in a Seed round led by Costanoa Ventures with participation from Runtime Ventures and others. $9.5M raised to date.
Greater Texas Market
HealthMark Group (Addison), a provider of clinical information exchange solutions for healthcare providers, received an undisclosed amount of venture funding from TA Associates Management and Ridgemont Equity Partners.
BridgeCare Technologies (Dallas), provider of AI-powered, chat-based on-demand coaching and soft-skills development, raised an undisclosed amount of venture funding from Avenue Growth Partners.
Nexii (Dallas), a developer of green building materials and construction technology, raised an undisclosed amount of venture funding from Nucor. $149M raised to date.
Solidec (Houston), a producer of modular clean chemical manufacturing systems, raised $2.12M in a pre-seed round led by New Climate Ventures with participation from Plug and Play Ventures, Collaborative Fund and others. $2.47M raised to date.
Voyager Portal (Houston), an AI-powered maritime logistics workflow platform, raised an undisclosed amount of venture funding from Motion Ventures. $11.11M raised to date.
Humancore (Plano), a multiplayer AI advisor platform for enterprise coaching and productivity, raised $4M in a pre-seed round led by Old Willow Partners and others. $4M raised to date.
Compuvi (San Antonio), a developer of AI-enabled content and engagement tools, raised $2.5M in a pre-seed round from undisclosed investors. $2.5M raised to date.
