Texas Weekly Deal Highlights
May 31, 2026
Austin leads a quieter week for deals. Today we’ve got AI, more AI, cookies (the kind you eat), and antibody therapeutics.
Meanwhile, up in Dallas, the Texas Stock Exchange is preparing to open later this year. The exchange has now signed a lease for space at the Bank of America Tower at Parkside. The plan is to include a placing stock ticker at the base of the building. And instead of ringing a bell, TXSE hopes to shoot off a cannon.
More recently, this week S&P Dow Jones Indices announced a shift in methodology that will allow for TXSE-listed securities to be included in its own indices. “Y’all Street” is almost here.
Now on to the deals.
