Oureon, a real-time communication layer for manned and unmanned aircraft, raised $3.5M in a deal led by GTMFund, with participation from Boost VC, Ensemble VC, Flyover Capital, TipTop Ventures and others. $3.5M raised to date.

GreenJay Therapeutics (Conroe, TX), a developer of an easier-to-use IV version of a chemotherapy drug for blood cancer patients, raised $1M in a Series A from undisclosed investors. $2.01M raised to date.
Eagle Venture Studio (Fort Worth, TX), a venture studio focused on co-founding and launching SaaS applications, raised $1.87M in a deal from undisclosed investors. $1.87M raised to date.
