Aalo, a developer of fully modular nuclear plants to power modern AI data centers, raised $100M in a Series B round led by Valor Equity Partners with participation from Fine Structure Ventures, Hitachi Ventures, Harpoon Ventures and others. $133.26M raised to date.
Ontic, a software platform for connected security intelligence, raised $230M in a Series C round led by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts with participation from JMI Equity, Ten Eleven Ventures, Silverton Partners, and Ridge Ventures. $288.65M raised to date.
Overhaul, a provider of supply chain risk management and visibility solutions, raised $105M in a Series C round led by Springcoast Capital Partners with participation from Edison Partners and others. $298.06M raised to date.
Pattern, a developer of diagnostic tests for pathogen identification and antibiotic susceptibility, raised $44.22M in a Series D round from undisclosed investors. $92.09M raised to date.
Sentry Interactive, a developer of smart digital ID and visitor management systems, raised $5.55M from undisclosed investors. $29.98M raised to date.

Sonara (Dallas), a provider of telehealth solutions for opioid treatment programs, raised $4.4M from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City, Royal Street Ventures and others. $10.15M raised to date.
Michamba (El Paso), a developer of AI-based automation tools for small businesses, raised $1.75M from Audaz Capital and others. $1.75M raised to date.
Wash42 (Irving), a provider of advanced vehicle washing services, raised $3.63M from undisclosed investors. $3.63M raised to date.
FreshRealm (Lancaster), a provider of fresh meal solutions for grocery retailers and direct-to-consumer brands, raised $25M from GIC Private. $289.48M raised to date.
Ospri (McKinney), a developer of PCR-based infectious disease testing solutions, raised $30M from Catalio Capital Management. $30M raised to date.
