Codenotary (Bellair), a cybersecurity company delivering an AI‑powered supply‑chain trust and integrity platform for cloud environments and software supply chains, raised $16.5M from undisclosed investors. $46M raised to date.
Regenimo Biosciences (Houston), an early-stage biotechnology company operating in stealth, raised $2M in a seed round from undisclosed investors. $2M raised to date.
TYBR Health (Houston), a regenerative‑medicine company developing a bioresorbable gel to protect healing tissues post‑surgery and improve functional recovery after musculoskeletal procedures, raised $7.14M in a Seed round led by Johnson & Johnson JJDC, Texas Medical Center, and VentureSouq. $8.35M raised to date.
