Maxwell Biosciences, a developer of immune‑inspired small molecules that target pathogens while preserving the microbiome, raised $20M in venture funding from undisclosed investors. $35.55M raised to date.
SkyFi, a provider of high-resolution satellite imagery and analytics, raised $14.17M in venture funding from undisclosed investors. $31.27M raised to date.
Firefly Aerospace (Cedar Park), a developer of launch vehicles and in-space transportation solutions, raised $868.32M in its IPO on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the ticker symbol of FLY. $1.5B raised to date.

Cornami (Dallas), a developer of neuromorphic computing hardware chips, raised $85.6M in a Series D round led by Applied Ventures, RW3 Ventures, and Raptor Group. $209.72M raised to date.
Circon Energy (Houston), a provider of advanced oilfield chemical solutions, raised $4M in venture funding from undisclosed investors. $11M raised to date.
