Last week, Texas CEO Magazine’s own Joel Trammell was inducted into the Austin Tech Hall of Fame!
The award honors “the people who made Austin’s tech ecosystem what it is today.” Joel is certainly one of them, having not only been a standout tech entrepreneur for 30+ years but also having dedicated himself to training CEOs across Texas and beyond.
The Hall of Fame membership puts him alongside Austin luminaries like Michael Dell, George Kozmetsky, and Jim Truchard.
Since the time Joel served as chair of the Austin Technology Council, Austin has continued its evolution into a proper tech hub. And as you see in this newsletter every Sunday, Austin boasts a steady stream of deal activity, and it’s increasingly joined by big deals all across the state.
